Here's a potent fitness cocktail, cheers

100 box jumps
25 pull ups
1/2 mile run
100 Over head squats w/PVC
1/2 mile run
25 push ups
100 box jumps

Try it out, let me know how it goes down.
A friend did it in 24:58, I expect you may do better.
